Cancellations, Refund & Returns/Exchange Policy
Cancellations
If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, incraftonline.in may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded but any transaction fee charged by the Bank will be deducted. Please note that incraftonline.in may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.
Return/Exchange & Refund Policy
There is no exchange in case of saree got fall &/or pico done.
You can exchange product in case you don’t like it . (TC apply) i.e
Ship the product back to us within 24hrs of accepting order with original tags intact and same fold in case of saree, and send us shipping slip with a email for valid reason of return.
As soon as we get product back with us we will issue store credit to you for same value which you can use anytime in future.
Shipping charges will be incurred by customer only.
Return & Refund
If the product received by customer is clearly defective/damaged or received wrong product .You can get a store credit for the same amount or exchange for new product of the same value.(TC apply) i.e.
Ship the product back to us within 48hrs of accepting order with original tags intact and in same fold in case of saree, and send us shipping slip with a email for valid reason of return and pictures of product.
Shipping charges will be refunded if problem with product is genuine or mistake is from our side for which
Unboxing video is a mandatory requirement and must be shared with us during the return process.
